Pharm Capital is a direct credit provider to the cannabis and hemp industry broadly. We provide a revenue based, factoring instrument to help fuel growth and provide fluidly to the marketplace. Whether your business needs to buy inventory or provide terms to your customers we have the ability to act quickly and bridge these situations.
Investment Criteria
Investment Range
250K to 5m off our own balance sheet. Up to 50m syndicated.
Tenure
4 to 12 months typically. Longer terms case by case.
Cost of Capital
70%-85% advance rates on up to 10% of a company's annualized revenue
Prepayment Discount
We encourage our partners to pay us off as early as possible by offering substantial prepayment discounts.
Rank
Unsecured for our revenue based product. Additional working capital products are asset based.
Remittance
We apply a straight line amortization, either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to our investments. Additional working capital products can be interest only.
Time to close
5-7 business days.
